Customs and Border Protection has ordered additional units of FLIR Systems' Mobile Surveillance Capabilities systems for use along the U.S. southern border, according to the company. The move, which exercises an option under a five-rear firm fixed-price contract, will bring the additional units into CBP's fleet over the next 12 months.
The MSC is a vehicle that features an array of sensors and a long-range radar.
