A small group of federal agency leaders who have between them saved the government more than $32 billion, were honored on April 23 at a ceremony to bestow two civil service awards: the Presidential Ranks of Distinguished and Meritorious Executive and Distinguished and Meritorious Professional.
The Senior Executives Association's Professional Development League announced the winners at the group's 29th annual black tie Distinguished Rank Awards Banquet.
NASA Administrator Charles Bolden, Jr. delivered a keynote speech.
